Refund & Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction. Please read the following terms to understand our returns, exchanges, and refund process.

Overview

14 Days

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Unused + Original Packaging

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Supported with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

After Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Defective / Damaged Only

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected].

Gifts

Gift Credit
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return after we receive the returned item.
  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery time for an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
